My testimony for the last 9 weeks makes me very thankful. I started with many health products that had helped me with my previous weight loss and then added many new products available to me! These ones allowed my body to not crave sugar or snacking on unhealthy things.

Increased my walking and did all the exercises given to us and situps. I can’t say enough about the alkaline water, always drink half your body weight in ounces. Loved my hour plus routine. With changed diet, movement and companionship/support my overall lifestyle will remain healthy!

One pound of fat takes more room than a pound of muscle. But…give me the muscles! Victory is not always measured by the scale, but by how your clothes fit, how you feel, and many others!
