Seal Jacks are a fun way to burn calories and tone your legs and shoulders. Similar to jumping jacks, you start by standing with your feet together and your arms at your sides. Step or jump to spread your feet apart and bring your arms straight out in front of you, clapping them together. Step or jump again and bring your arms and feet back in. Do as many reps as you can in 1 minute.

- Beginner: Step out lateral with wide arms.
- Advanced: Jump it out and add squats if needed.
Do the Beginner or Advanced movement for 1 minute for up to 6 days a week.
